Also, last night I finally made time to put together the scrapbook page I’ve had in my head for the last couple of months. Its the lyrics to a song by Bosc called Evolve—one of the prettiest love songs I’ve ever heard.

I came across this artist’s blog just last week. Now I’m seeing her in random places. She knows how to add sunshine to any day. I have an art crush. Inspiring to see people the same age as me making cool things.

I want to take a cue from people like Katie Sokoler and Danielle Thompson, who balance out their bad days with a mix of pretty and colour!

"mine, mine, mine, mine"

These are no ordinary seagulls, I tell you.

They play a game with each other, a sort of King of the Fence Post if you will.

As Chandler, Jarrod and I took a walk along the Battery in Charleston, we watched as a bird from the back flew off its post to the one before it, kicking off the gull on said post. It had a domino effect as each bird repeated this action from the back to the front. There were more than enough posts to go around, but they simply preferred to steal from each other.

It was an amusing little quirk of our Saturday adventure.
